Refund policy

At Pawfect Picks Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because we work with global suppliers to bring you the best pet products, our return and refund process is designed to be fair, transparent, and efficient.

Thank you for shopping at Pawfect Picks Hub. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. 

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/email receipt) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pet grooming products

  • Pet food or treats

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (FREE Replacement)

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video proof

👉 We will:

  • Send a free replacement, OR

  • Issue a full refund (no return required in most cases)


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable


5. Return Shipping (Dropshipping Clause)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Return address may differ from the shipping address (due to our international suppliers)

  • We will provide the correct return address after your request is approved

⚠️ Important:
Do NOT send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After this window, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled 

    7. Late or Missing Refunds

    If your refund hasn’t arrived:

    2. Contact your payment provider
    3. Contact your bank

    • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution
